Have Wi-Fi issues?

  • If your Wi-Fi has stopped working, there may be a simple solution.
  • Check your Hyperhub router to see if the WLAN or 2.4 GHz/5 GHz lights are on.
  • If not, try pressing the WLAN/wifi button. This should reconnect your Wi-Fi. Do I need help?

Slow speeds?

If you are experiencing low internet speeds, we recommend you check if you are testing the speed correctly. If you still have trouble with your speed, we have prepared a few simple steps to help.

If you are experiencing low speeds on your internet connection, follow these steps:

  • Reboot your networking equipment, modem, router, and network equipment. Often, this helps to repair your relationships.
  • Check the physical connection: Ensure the network cables are connected accurately and appropriately. Look for physical, damaged, or detached cables.
  • Check if your network’s modem, router, and equipment are available. Software updates can fix problems and improve performance.
  • Check internet usage: Check if other devices on your network are downloading or uploading too many files. If some apps or devices use a lot of the internet, you can restrict or stop using them to improve speed.
  • Use an internet speed test to assess the actual speed of your connection.
