We are committed to helping our customers stay connected and find a way to help you make your payments easily. If your service is terminating and you cannot make payment on the specified date, please contact Abissnet to benefit from the service for the days you wish without internet disconnection.
If your service is suspended, you have an unpaid payment on your account. We will always notify you in advance with your phone number so we can make the next payment for the service you selected. The fastest way to make your service functional is to make back payments immediately. You can do this online at “Pay Bill” or our Abissnet points. If you cannot pay your bill for any reason, please contact us because we know how important your connection to the Abissnet internet is. If your service has been suspended for another reason, or if you think there has been an error and your service has been incorrectly suspended, please contact us immediately at the telephone number: (04) 4300 001
We at Abissnet are committed to providing you with the best possible experience, and we always do our best to get things right if they do not seem to be going as you expect. If the service is inactive in the system and there is a problem arising from reasons related to us, every day without service will be refunded continuously. If our technician does not appear within the deadline provided for in the contract, the delay days will be refunded.
